- In "Raging Flame Sprite's" artwork, a "Book of Taiyou" is burning on the table.
- This card is based on the concept of Fire growing more dangerous over time.
- It may also be based on the Japanese belief that there is a Sprite for various objects, Fire in this instance.
- This card, along with "Whirlwind Prodigy", is probably designed by Akina Fujiwara, who also did the designs for the "Charmer" cards.
