- This card is the first "Odd-Eyes" Ritual Monster.
- This card, "Odd-Eyes Saber Dragon", "Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon", "Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon", and "Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon" share a consistent theme.
- Each of them uses the following naming structure: "Odd-Eyes + [Name based on/around the Attribute of the monster] + Dragon".
- All represent one of the classical elements; LIGHT, EARTH, WATER, FIRE and WIND.
- All of their respective color schemes reflect their attribute, in this case "Gravity" is gray.
