- Behind "Neos Wiseman" are the apparitions of "Yubel" and "Elemental HERO Neos".
- This card is a Spellcaster, even though none of its material monsters are - "Yubel", which is a Fiend-Type, while "Neos" is a Warrior-Type.
- This card seems to represent Jaden after he fused with Yubel because this card is the combination of "Neos" (which represents Jaden) and "Yubel", as of the last episode, his two ace cards.
- In the anime, when Jaden used "Super Polymerization", he discarded "Winged Kuriboh" to summon this card, so this card would be a Fusion of all of Jaden's spirit monsters.
- This is the only "Neos" monster that doesn't gain 500 ATK from the effect of "Neo Space" and this is the only "Neos" monster that can't be destroyed by card effects.
- In the anime episode this card is known to be a Fusion Monster, since Jaden Yuki used the card "Super Polymerization" to fuse "Yubel" on Nightshroud's field and "Elemental HERO Neos" on his field.
- This and "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" are the only monsters in all of Yu-Gi-Oh whose name format isn't "Elemental Hero ... Neos" or "... Neos".
- This card's effect is similar to a few of Jaden's other cards: "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" and "Elemental HERO Steam Healer".
- Along with "Battle Eater", "Loki, Lord of the Aesir", and "Supreme Arcanite Magician", this card has the highest Level among all Spellcaster-Type Monsters in the Game.
- This card's ATK and DEF are the same as "Ancient Gear Golem".
