  • Kamikaze, in Japanese, is a word formed by the Kanjis 神 = Kami (referring to the natural spirits of Shinto worship) and 風 = Kaze (Wind), and most literally translates to "Wind of God," "Spirit Wind" or "Divine Wind". The phrase is most famous (or infamous) for its use during World War II, where it referred to Japanese pilots whose mission was to suicide attack Allied ships using airplanes filled with explosives.
  • The additional effects this card gained in the OCG compared to its original manga version are the effects of "Emergency Bulkhead", which Jaden used with this card.
