- This card is one of only three cards to have been Forbidden in the past but is now Unlimited. The other two are Breaker the Magical Warrior and United We Stand.
- This card appears in the artwork of "Weed Out".
- This card has sparked the term "pump her up" although a player does it during the wrong part of the Battle Phase.
- In the Yu-Gi-Oh! video games for the Nintendo DS, her 3-D graphic has brown hair but on the card it is pink.
- This card has an upgraded form called "Counselor Lily".
- Despite having the word Fairy in her name, Injection Fairy Lily is actually a Spellcaster. Ironically enough, it's upgraded form Counselor Lily is a Fairy.
- The Red Crosses in this card are removed from the OCG and are replaced by hearts in the TCG.
