This card is the first Extra Deck Pendulum Monster that doesn't appear in the anime or manga.
- Furthermore, this is the first Extra Deck Pendulum Monster to be based on a combination that involves non-ARC-V originating monsters.

This card is a collaboration mix between the protagonists' archetypes: Yuma Tsukumo's "Utopias" and Yuya Sakaki's "Magicians".
- Its armor, weapon, and color scheme are based on "Number 39: Utopia". Its cloak is based on Yuya's cloak that he wears in the ARC-V manga.

Unlike any other Extra Deck Pendulum Monster, this is the first card that does not require to be destroyed by battle or card effects to be placed in the Pendulum Zone.

This card, along with "Clear Wing Fast Dragon", are currently the only non-DARK Extra Deck Pendulum Monsters.
