- This monster appears in the artworks of "Parasite Discharge", "Parasite Generator", "Parasite Plant", "Double Parasitic Rebirth", "Parasitic Maneuver", "Parasite Magic" and "Power Parasite".
- When this card is equipped to a monster in the anime, it always latches onto that monster's chest which represents its control over the monster's heart. The only exception is "Parasite Queen", where it is equipped onto the monster's shoulder instead.
- Ironically, despite Parasite Monster being used to control Zuzu Boyle at one point, "Parasite Fusioner" cannot be used to summon any of the Melodious Fusion Monsters due to none of them having specific monster requirement.
