- The designs of the "Elemental HERO" monsters were mostly based on American super heroes. This monster's design is based on MARVEL Comics hero Thing, as well as MARVEL villain Juggernaut.
- This monster appears in the artworks of the following cards:

The Fusions of "Clayman" usually gain his massive size and physical endurance.
"Elemental HERO Clayman" combines with:
