- The explosion in this card's artwork is similar to those featured on the "Reactor" monsters. Both this monster and the "Reactor" monsters are used by Greiger in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime and are depicted as partly-humanoid machines resembling aircrafts. "Trap Reactor・Y FI" is even used in tandem with "Black Salvo", another one of Greiger's cards, to make this monster, further establishing the link between this card and the "Reactor" archetype.

- This card's moving from Forbidden straight to Unlimited in the OCG April 2014 Lists makes it the first card to be removed from the Forbidden List and placed elsewhere than Limited, but only due to having an errata that completely changed the behavior of its original effect.
