  • Eleven "Cloudian Tokens" appear in this card's artwork along with the main monster; the formers' eyes appear closed while the latter has them open, appearing mad.
  • The name of this card is a reference to "Scapegoat", which summons Sheep Tokens.
    • It's also based on the concept of counting sheep, an activity that is stereotypically described as envisioning oneself counting an endless amount of sheep as they jump over a fence. The idea, presumably, is to in-part, induce boredom while occupying the mind with something simple, repetitive, and rhythmic, all of which are known to help humans sleep. When humans dream, this is stereotypically portrayed in the media as a manifestation of clouds from the person's head (hence this card's name), with the dream "playing off" inside the cloud (or clouds.)
      • This is exemplified into this card's effect, in which two "Sheep Cloud Token" takes this card's place upon being destroyed by battle.
      • This activity can actually be implemented in this card's artwork. A total of 22 distinctive clouds appear to be visible within.
