  • This card's name and artwork are based on the Japanese story Hanasaka Jiisan. In this story, an old man sprinkled some ashes on cherry trees and then they blossomed beautifully. He was able to do it because his dog's spirit helped him.
    • In this card artwork, there is a blossoming cherry tree in the background, and the monster has dog's ears. Also, her Attribute is FIRE, reflecting the "Ash" part.
