- In two different pattern;
- If he didn't summon it during his turn, as of his previous turn, then he can.
- If he recent summon it during his turn, as of his current turn, then he cannot.

If you use book of moon on an opponents monster that equipped with an equip spell, is the equip spell destroyed as a result?
