Advanced Format
- This card works well with Harpies. "Harpie Queen" helps increase the usability of this card since it's treated as "Harpie Lady" in the Graveyard.
- Additionally it works extremely well with "Harpie Channeler" and "Harpie Dancer".
- You can perform an OTK with "Harpie Dancer".
- Use this card to bring back one of three "Thunder Dragons" that you discarded.
- Use this card in a Skull Servant Deck to Special Summon one "King of the Skull Servants" from your Graveyard without removing the others. You can also use this card with "The Lady in Wight" since it's treated as "Skull Servant" in the Graveyard.
- This card works with "Thunder Dragon" very well, especially if you need a monster to use for a Tribute Summon.
- This card could be useful for reviving Nimble monsters.
- This card combos well with Lightsworn monsters; you can get back Wulfs/Luminas/Celestias you sent to the graveyard because of Lightsworn's milling effects.
- This card works well with "Equip Shot".
- This card can work very well in a Reptile deck "Snake Rain".
- This card can be used for an OTK in a specific Aliens build,
- 1) Have 3 "Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar" in grave (easily accomplished over the course of the game using "Alien Ammonite" or "Gale Dogra", though at least one must have been properly summoned)
- 2) Play "Symbols of Duty" reviving "Gol'gar".
- 3) Use the effect of "Gol'gar" to return "Symbols of Duty" to hand.
- 4) Play "Mass Driver", Tributing "Gol'Gar"
- 5) Repeat steps 2 -> 4 20 times for 8000 damage.
Since Mass Driver is currently Forbidden, this combo may be performed using Cannon Soldier instead.
- This card works well with Evocator Chevalier. Special Summon him with this card, and then gemini summon him. Then, send this card to the graveyard for his effect. Since this card says "destroyed" and not "sent", Evocator Chevalier will still be on the field.
Traditional Format
- Use "Future Fusion" to summon "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", then you activate "Symbol of Heritage" targeting a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon".
