- This card can be searched via "Sangan", "Last Will", "Witch of the Black Forest" and "Mystic Tomato".
- This card can be helpful in Special Summoning "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" or "Destiny Hero - Plasma", especially with "Fiend's Sanctuary".
- Use "Crush Card Virus" on "Skyblaster Tokens" as an alternative.
- Use the tokens with "Mist Valley Soldier" for a level 8 synchro monster or activate "Emergency Teleport" to bring "Krebons", then normal summon this card and synchro summon "Goyo Guardian" or "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier".
- This card is best played with Shadowpriestess of Ohm. Summon Phantom Skyblaster with just the shadow priestess on the field to gain 2 tokens, then either tribute both the Phantom Skyblaster and the tokens straight away to inflict 2400 damage or wait until your next standby phase to inflict 900 damage (provided you are not attacked) and then tribute them for a total of 3300 damage.
- This combo can be furthered by using Dark Room of Nightmare for an additional 1200 damage, totalling at 4500 damage to your opponent (with just 3 cards)!
- There is the possibility of an OTK with this card and Shadowpriestess of Ohm. If you have a set Meteor Flare and Double Summon with Shadow Priestess and this card in hand against an open field just activate Meteor Flare, activate Double Summon, Summon Shadow Priestess, Summon Sky Blaster, Attack with all monsters including the tokens then tribute them all for game. This does exactly 8000 damage and there are many ways to pull it off. This is just an example.
