As demonstrated in the ARC-V anime, the effects of "Antithesis Magician" and "Synthesis Magician" can be used to gain access to this card's mass monster destruction effect by overlaying a Level 7 Dragon-Type monster with a Dragon-Type Xyz Monster to Summon this card.
You can use the Pendulum Effects of "Insight Magician" and "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" to search out one of the above cards. This is particularly useful because 2 "Insight Magician" can be Pendulum Summoned and used to Xyz Summon a Rank 4 Dragon-Type Xyz Monster, and "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" can be used as the other material.
"Antithesis Magician" is the most required card to make "Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon's" effect possible. Instead of using a card that is not originally a Rank 4 monster, you can use any Rank 7 Dragon-Type Xyz Monster, since an Odd-EyesMagician deck is capable of summoning Rank 7 Xyz Monsters fairly easily. Considering that "Synthesis Magician" has a negative side effect, it is better to set another Pendulum Monster on your Pendulum Zone, such as "Timegazer Magician" that prevents the opponent from activating Trap Cards when you attack with this card.
This would be an excellent supplement in a "Red-Eyes" Deck. Not only can the deck Xyz Summon this card normally, "Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon" can Special Summon a Level 7 "Red-Eyes" monster in the Graveyard, which can give access to this card thanks to the Pendulum Effect of "Antithesis Magician" treating the Rank of "Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon" as a Level.
This card can work in a "Hieratic" Deck, by Xyz Summoning "Hieratic Dragon King of Atum", using its effect to Special Summon a Level 7 Dragon-Type monster, then using "Atum" to Xyz Summon "Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger" and using it with the Pendulum Effect of "Antithesis Magician".
This card can work in a "Performapal" Deck, by Xyz Summoning a Rank 4 Dragon-Type Xyz Monster and Pendulum Summoning a Level 5 Performapal Monster, using the Pendulum Effect of "Synthesis Magician" to make your Xyz Monster a Rank 5 Dragon-Type Xyz Monster and Xyz Summon "Rebellion Dragon" with "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force", also the extra Xyz Materials can provide this card with Trap cards such as "Xyz Block" and "Xyz Tribalrivals".
Use both effects of "Outer Entity Nyarla" together to make it a Rank 5 DARK Dragon-Type monster, then use it with "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" to Xyz Summon this card and fulfill the condition for its effect.
* After this cards effect resolves, but failed to attack, you can use "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" on this card to Xyz summon "Number 92:Heart-eartH Dragon," or "Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon," to maintain a strong offense.
You can destroy this card with "Sky Arc's" effect to search for an "Odd-Eyes" card. You are free to decide to activate this card's last Monster Effect and set it on a Pendulum Zone or to Pendulum Summon this card later. If you do the latter, you can Xyz Summon another copy of "Odd-Eyes Rebellion" by overlaying this card and a Level 7 "Odd-Eyes" monster (You need an "Antithesis Magician" to make it possible).
