Before summoning this card with a "Rank-Up-Magic" card, Xyz Summon "Number C39: Utopia Ray" to give this card an extra "Utopia" Xyz Material.

This card can be summoned by the effect of "Number 39: Utopia Double", whose effect also doubles this card's ATK, allowing you to OTK if it attacks an Attack Position monster with 2400 or more ATK.

Equip "Assault Armor" to this card so that it can attack twice, with the ATK boost from the first attack carried over to its second attack. That way, it causes an OTK if it attacks two Attack Position monsters with 2600 or more ATK, or one such monster before attacking directly.
- "ZW - Leo Arms" can do the same while also giving this card 3000 more ATK, meaning that if it attacks any Attack Position monster, or a Defense Position monster with 2200 or more ATK, the next attack on an Attack Position monster (or direct attack) is guaranteed to cause an OTK.

Use "Rank-Down-Magic Numeron Fall" on "Number 39: Utopia Beyond" to add extra Xyz Materials. The added effect of "Numeron Fall" would also allow "Utopia Ray Victory" to negate monster effects during battle without the cost of an Xyz Material.
