Card Tips:Majestic Red Dragon

• Use "Skill Drain" at the end of the turn before this card returns to the Extra Deck so that you can keep a 4000 attack beatstick. However, doing so costs you every one of this card's effects, unlike "Majestic Star Dragon".
  • You can activate "Skill Drain" during Main Phase 2, so you can use "Majestic Red Dragon's" good effects and lose the bad.

• You can cause an OTK with this card and "Megamorph".
  • First have "Majestic Red Dragon" take the effect and ATK of an opponent's monster. Then, when you Life Points are lower than your opponent equip "Megamorph" to "Majestic Red" and attack, this should do 8000 points of damage.

• You can summon this card as a 4000 ATK beatstick by using "Synchro Change" on another level ten Synchro Monster like "Trident Dragion" or one with its level increased by cards such as "Synchro Boost".

• Have "G.B. Hunter" on the field with this card and it will not return to the Extra Deck.
  • Please note that use protective cards such as "Heart of Clear Water" or "Pixie Ring" to prevent "G.B. Hunter" from being destroy by your opponent's card.

• Level 1 Monsters that can be easily Special Summoned (such as "Jester Confit" and "Turbo Booster") are very useful for summoning this card on the same turn as "Red Dragon Archfiend".

• Equipping this card with "Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce", coupled with its ATK-boosting effect, makes it possible to easily OTK. If your opponent has DEF position monsters, they will be destroyed after your first attack, leaving either an empty field or a likely vulnerable ATK mode monster.

• Set monster cards such as "Sangan" and "Level Eater" in a turn when you Synchro Summon this card. This will allow you to cycle these cards from the Field and gain their effects when they are destroyed by either "Majestic Red Dragon" or "Red Dragon Archfiend". This works especially well for "Level Eater", as it will allow you to Synchro for a "Majestic" monster again.

• Use the Spell card, "Earthquake" before you Synchro Summon this card. This will shift all of your opponent's monsters into Defense mode, forcing all to be destroyed if your attack is successful.

• Use either "One for One" or "Monster Reincarnation", search your Deck or Graveyard for a "Majestic Dragon" (while discarding "Dandylion"). This will give you the Tuner and the material required to Synchro Summon this card. The correct number of Monster Field spaces must be available, or the "Fluff Tokens" will not be Special Summoned from "Dandylion". The unused Token will be destroyed by this card's effect.
  • In addition to this combo above, a One turn summon may occur with these cards. The cards required are, "Reinforcement of the Army", "The Tricky","Dandylion","Foolish Burial","Junk Synchron",and "Majestic Dragon". First, play "Reinforcement of the Army" to retrieve "Junk Synchron" from the deck, and play "Foolish Burial", place "Majestic Dragon" into the Graveyard. Special Summon "The Tricky" by tributing "Dandylion" and place 2 tokens on the field. Normal Summon "Junk Synchron" and retrieve "Majestic Dragon" from the Graveyard. Synchro Summon "The Tricky" and "Junk Synchron" for "Red Dragon Archfiend" and Synch once again to get "Majestic Red Dragon". Although this maybe a one turn synchro, for future turns, "Treeborn Frog" would be good substitute, due to its effect to come back every stand by phase. Just Special summon "Treeborn Frog" from the graveyard during stand by phase, then special summon The Tricky by tributing "Majestic Dragon" and normal summon "Junk Synchron" to special summon "Majestic Dragon" from the graveyard, then synchro with The Tricky and Junk Synchron and synchro both "Majestic Dragon" and Treeborn Frog to synchro summon "Majestic Red Dragon".

• Synchro Summon "Stardust Dragon" and Special Summon "Stardust Xiaolong", then when you have "Majestic Dragon" on the field, use "Synchro Change" to swap out "Stardust Dragon" for "Red Dragon Archfiend".

• It is possible to summon this and "Majestic Star Dragon" in the same turn. In your graveyard you need "Majestic Dragon","Quillbolt Hedgehog"x2,"Stardust Xiaolong",and "Level Eater". In your hand you need "Double Summon","Cyber Dragon","Junk Synchron",and "Debris Dragon". Activate Double Summon, then special summon Cyber Dragon using its effect. Normal summon Junk Synchron, and use its effect to bring back Majestic Dragon. Tune Junk Synchron and Cyber Dragon into "Stardust Dragon". Then special summon Stardust Xiaolong from your graveyard, and tune up Stardust Xiaolong, Stardust Dragon, and Majestic Dragon into "Majestic Star Dragon". Then normal summon "Debris Dragon", and use its effect to special summon Majestic Dragon from your graveyard. Then activate both of the Quillbolt Hedgehog's effect to special summon them from your grave. Tune Debris Dragon and the 2 Quillbolt Hedgehogs into "Red Dragon Archfiend". Activate Level Eater's effect on Majestic Star Dragon to special summon him from the graveyard. Finally, tune up Level Eater, Majestic Dragon, and Red Dragon Archfiend into "Majestic Red Dragon".

• In a Hopeless Dragon Deck it is possible to summon this card if Red Dragon Archfiend is in your graveyard. Summon Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon then use his ability in order to summon Red Dragon Archfiend. Next use Level Eater's ability in order to reduce Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's level by 1 in order to summon it. Next normal summon Majestic Dragon and tune to create Majestic Red Dragon. The best thing about this is that come your next turn if you still control Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and Red Dragon Archfiend you can summon Majestic Red Dragon again.
