"Premature Burial" and "Autonomous Action Unit" are Equip Spell Cards, so you can use "Arms Hole" to retrieve either one and then revive a Monster from the Graveyard with a Special Summon.

Use this card to retrieve "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation" to revive your "Dark Magician of Chaos". Then use "Dark Magician of Chaos" to recover "Arms Hole". When your "Dark Magician of Chaos" is removed, activate "Arms Hole" again to retrieve of "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation". Continue this cycle to keep returning "Dark Magician of Chaos" to the field as long as you have cards in your hand.

You can use the above strategy in an OTK Deck using Evil Hero Dark Gaia using Arms Hole to retrieve Megamorph when the Evil Hero Dark Gaia is summoned with at least 4000 attack using Premature Burial on one of the monsters sent to the graveyard by Dark Fusion.

In a Hopeless Dragon Deck, you can use this card to search out D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation so you can reuse Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and even possibly dump a DARK Monster into the graveyard from the top of your deck.

It's possible to use this card to get Supervis, equip Supervis to Blazewing Butterfly, Tribute the Blazewing Butterfly for a Gigaplant in your graveyard, and then bring back a Normal monster from your graveyard. You can use the Gigaplant that you special summoned with Blazewing Butterfly to get a Lonefire Blossom from your hand or graveyard and then tribute that to special summon a Tytannial, Princess of Camellias, a non-Gemini summoned Gigaplant or more Lonefire Blossoms.
