• Note that for the second effect, you do not have to target a "Ghostrick" monster. This can make this card a very useful card for Decks that revolve around using monsters with Flip Effects or Pseudo-Flip Effects. For example, in a "Charmer" deck, you can flip your "Charmer" BEFORE an attack is declared, allowing you to take control of your opponent's monster.
  • You can leave a monster in face-down Defense position as you enter the Battle Phase to allow you to flip one of your opponent's monsters face-down before you attack.
