You can dump a monster for Felgrand Dragon's effect with Foolish Burial or Fusion Guard.

You can use Generation Shift to destroy Felgrand Dragon to bring another monster to your hand. Allowing the first to use its effect later.

Use "Time Machine" or "Ribbon of Rebirth" to Special Summon this monster as soon as it reaches the Graveyard. You can also use "Rope of Life" as it will allow "Felgrand Dragon" to gain an additional 800 ATK plus the ATK from it's effect.

If you have Five-Headed Dragon on the field, activate Burst Breath to destroy your opponent's monsters then activate Monster Reborn to bring out "Felgrand Dragon" and select Five-Headed in your Graveyard, making "Felgrand's" total attack points 5200.

If this card was sent to the Graveyard from the field, you can use the effect of "The Creator" or "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" to bring this card back with its effect. You can also use Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's effect to bring out Totem Dragon to summon this card to the field originally. This makes the tribute summon easier as it can't be special summoned from your hand.

If Light and Darkness Dragon is on the field and Felgrand Dragon is in your Graveyard (Sent there from the field), wait until "Light and Darkness Dragon" is destroyed, and use its effect to destroy all cards you control, then Special Summon Felgrand Dragon and boost its attack up to 4400.

If this card was sent to the Graveyard except from the field, you can equip it to Cyberdark Dragon. This way, when Felgrand Dragon is destroyed, you can revive it, because it was sent from the field to the Graveyard. Another way is using Herald of Creation's effect to return it to your hand.

If you summon "Felgrand Dragon" and then activate "Zombie World" you can use "Book of Life" to Special Summon it after it is destroyed.

Tribute this card and another high attack card to summon "The Creator", and then activate his effect to Special Summon Felgrand Dragon.
