Chain "Illusory Snatcher" to this card's Normal Summon. Afterwards, use this card's effect to destroy a Spell or Trap card on the field before Xyz Summoning "Norito the Moral Leader" or another Rank 6 monster.

After this monster has used up all its Spell Counters, fuse it with "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" to summon "Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" with the ability to attack three times.

It's a good idea to run at least one "Pitch-Black Power Stone" alongside this card so it can keep its power high as well as use its effect multiple times.
