This card can be useful with "Hiita the Fire Charmer" by using her Flip Effect and then destroying or tributing her and the possessed FIRE monster (provided your opponent had one).
- Furthermore, using "Book of Taiyou" on "Hiita" the turn she is Set helps.

This card can help activate the effects of cards that require a monster to be destroyed by a card effect, like "Fire King Avatar Yaksha", "Kickfire" or "Meklord Emperor" monsters.

Use "Hazy Flame Peryton" to Special Summon 2 copies of "Hazy Flame Cerbereuss". Special Summon this card, using its effect to destroy the 2 copies of "Cerbereus" that you just got out, then search for 2 Hazy cards.

Useful targets for this card's effect include "Fire King" monsters, "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys" and "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis".

By using "Fire Formation - Tenken" on "Bonfire Colossus" when it is Summoned, it will have its destruction effect negated, gain 300 ATK and be immune to card effects in the Main Phase.

If you control a FIRE monster and "Skill Drain", you could potentially swarm the field with 3 copies of this card without dealing with the adverse effect of destroying 2 FIRE monsters.
