WHILE THIS CARD IS ACTIVE AND I ACTIVATE BRAIN CONTROL....CAN I THEN CHAIN A OFFERING CARD LIKE MYSTIC WOK AGAINST MY OPPONENT MONSTER???

That isn't possible. "Remove Brainwashing" has a Continuous Effect, so it is applied immediately and in between Chain Links. In your example, the opponent's monster will switch back to your opponent immediately after it switches, before either player can do anything.

It's usually better to ask questions on the Forum, since it's specifically set up so that people can answer your questions. Also, remember to sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~, since that automatically creates a signature for you.

If i have remove brainwashing active or facedown and a summoning curse active and then special summon lava golem to my opponent.....can i create a chain in which i control lava golem and make my opponent remove a card from hand???

The second TCG Ruling and the third OCG Ruling seem to contradict one another.

The TCG ruling says a monster that's revived by A and switches to B is treated as being Summoned to B's field.
