TRIBUTE summoned?[]

Regarding the ruling with Exciton -- should the ruling be edited to Archive being TRIBUTE Summoned? If it were Normal Summoned without a Tribute, it's level is 4, so Exciton should work since the text on the Qliphorts only make them immune to monsters of a LOWER Level/Rank.Archangel Feather (talk • contribs) 15:39, July 25, 2014 (UTC)
