Card Rulings:Frightfur Tiger

OCG Rulings

• The "You can only control 1 "Frightfur Tiger"." effect is not an Ignition, Trigger, Quick or Continuous Effect.

• If the effect of a "Frightfur Tiger" on the field is negated, you still cannot Special Summon another "Frightfur Tiger" from your Extra Deck or Graveyard.

• The "When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target cards on the field, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for its Fusion Summon; destroy them." effect is a Trigger Effect. (It targets.)

• This effect can target cards from either player's field. ("Frightfur Tiger" can also be targeted.)

• The "All "Frightfur" monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each "Fluffal" monster and "Frightfur" monster you control." effect is a Continuous Effect. ("Frightfur Tiger" also gains ATK.)

• The "All "Frightfur" monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each "Fluffal" monster and "Frightfur" monster you control." effect only includes "Fluffal" monster and "Frightfur" monsters in your Monster Zone. "Fluffal" monsters and "Frightfur" monsters in your Spell & Trap Zone are not included.

• Even if the Fusion Materials used for the Fusion Summon of "Frightfur Tiger" are not sent to the Graveyard because the effect of "Macro Cosmos", the effect of "Frightfur Tiger" can be activated as usual.

• If the "When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target cards on the field, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for its Fusion Summon; destroy them." effect is activated and "De-Fusion" is chained, when the effect of "Frightfur Tiger" resolves, the targeted cards are destroyed as usual.

• If the "When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target cards on the field, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for its Fusion Summon; destroy them." effect is activated by targeting 2 cards and "Raigeki Break" is chained destroying 1 of the 2 targeted cards, when the effect of "Frightfur Tiger" resolves, the other targeted card is destroyed as usual.

• "Frightfur Tiger" can be Fusion Summoned using "Edge Imp Sabres" + 1 or more "Fluffal" monsters.
  • Example: If "Frightfur Tiger" is Fusion Summoned using "Edge Imp Sabres", "Fluffal Leo", "Fluffal Rabbit" and "Fluffal Bear", since the number of Fusion Materials used for its Fusion Summon is 4, when the "When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can targetcards on the field, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for its Fusion Summon; destroy them." effect is activated, you can target from 1 to 4 cards on the field.
