Judge Program Forum Rulings

  • If 2 Flip Effect Monsters are flipped at the same time with a card's effect, like Desert Sunlight, their effects will form a new Chain after the current one has resolved. If the same player controls both effects then he will choose the order in which the effects will be placed on the Chain.[1]
