OCG Rulings
- The text "This card cannot be Special Summoned." and "This card can be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 Fairy-Type monster." of "Darklord Desire" are not treated as the effects of an Effect Monster.[1]
- The effect of "Darklord Desire" targets one monster your opponent controls.[1]
- For the effect of "Darklord Desire" which decreases its ATK, the ATK of "Darklord Desire" remains reduced as long as "Darklord Desire" remains face-up on the field.[1]
