OCG Rulings[]
- Neither the effect which banishes a Psychic-Type monster nor the effect which Special Summons it targets.[1]
- The effect which banishes a Psychic-Type monster from your Deck can be activated in the Damage Step.[1]
- You can activate the effect of "Telepon D.D." if it is banished as a cost or at Chain Link 2+.[2]
- You can activate the effect of "Telepon D.D." if it is banished while being treated as an Equip Spell Card.[2]
- If a face-down "Telepon D.D." is attacked, flipped by battle, destroyed by that battle, and banished, then you can activate the effect which banishes a Psychic-Type monster from your Deck.[3]
