OCG Rulings

• This effect is only applied to the player who activated this card.

• The opponent can still activate Spell or Trap Cards.

• During the turn in which "Cold Snap" has been activated, "Silvery Snow Sniper" cannot be Set as a Spell Card.

• If you activate "Cold Shiver", you can chain other Spell and Trap Cards to its activation. Also, even if you activate "Cold Snap" as chain 2 or higher, the cards that have been activated before "Cold Snap" still apply their effects. Therefore, the cards activated before "Cold Snap" don't have their effects negated.

• If you activate "Cold Snap", "Mystical Refpanel" can be activated. Also, if the effect of "Cold Snap" is switched to affect the opponent by the effect of "Mystical Refpanel", the opponent cannot use the effects of Spell or Trap Cards or Set them during the turn in which "Cold Shiver" was activated.
