- Dimension Fortress Weapon: Costs cannot be paid while “Dimension Fortress Weapon” is on the field, if the cost is to send cards from the Deck to the Graveyard. So “Card Trooper” and “Celestia, Lightsworn Angel” cannot activate their effects.
OCG Rulings[]
- If a face-down "Lightsworn" monster is Tributed, you can activate the effect.[1]
- If "Dimensional Fissure" is active when "Celestia, Lightsworn Angel" is Tribute Summoned, then you cannot activate her effect.[2]
- "Dimension Fortress Weapon" prevents cards from being sent from the Deck to the Graveyard, so while its effect is active effects like those of "Celestia, Lightsworn Angel", "Card Trooper", and "Hidden Armory" cannot be activated.[3]
- If "Dimensional Fissure" is active, then you cannot send cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard as a cost, since you might send a Monster Card to the Graveyard. Thus, you cannot activate effects like those of "Charge of the Light Brigade", "Card Trooper", or "Celestia, Lightsworn Angel".[4]

- Sending the top 4 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard is a cost.
- "Celestia, Lightsworn Angel's" effect cannot be activated while "Macro Cosmos", etc. is active.
- If you activate "Celestia, Lightsworn Angel's" effect, you must choose 1 or 2 of your opponent's cards to destroy.
