Personally , I dont think those are white bands on her thighs .

In the OCG artwork , it looks more like she is wearing a black short skirt and black high stockings . Those white sections are her exposed skin .

In the TCG , someone thought exposed skin is very bad for kids so they edited the artwork to make it looks like she is wearing a long pants .

Can we add this reason to the page ?
