- In episode 37, Yuma Tsukumo uses this card during his Duel against Dextra and Nistro. After he Normal Summons this card and Flip Summons "Rai Rider", this card attacks "Morpho Butterspy", but Dextra activates "Butterflyoke" to switch this card to Defense Position. Later Dextra activates the second effect of "Butterflyoke" to switch this card to Attack Position. This activates the effect of "Morpho Butterspy", decreasing this card's ATK and DEF by 1000. "Morpho Butterspy" then attacks and destroys this card. Dextra then activates the effect of "Swallowtail Butterspy" to decrease the ATK of "Rai Rider" by the battle damage "Morpho Butterspy" inflicted. In the next episode, Yuma revives this card via its own effect in response to "Blade Bounzer" attacking "Gagaga Gardna" a third time in order to end the Battle Phase. Later this card attacks and destroys "Morpho Butterspy". After Number 39: Utopia adds himself to Yuma's Deck, Yuma overlays this card and "Gagaga Gardna" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".
- In episode 129, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Alito. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma overlays this card and "Gagaga Gardna" in order to Xyz Summon "Heroic Champion - Excalibur". When Yuma enters his Battle Phase, he detaches all Overlay Units from "Heroic Champion - Excalibur" in order to activate its effect. Yuma later intended to activate this card's effect from the Graveyard when "Chaos Number 105: Battlin' Boxer Comet Cestus" attacked "Heroic Champion - Excalibur", however Alito, anticipating this, activates the effect of "Number 80: Rhapsody in Berserk" to banish all monsters from Yuma's Graveyard.
- This card also appears in a flashback Astral has when he notes that he and Yuma detached this card for the effect of "Heroic Champion - Excalibur", which will allow them to activate this card's effect while it is in the Graveyard.
