- In episode 149, Yusei Fudo uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Z-one. He Special Summons this card after he Special Summons "Scouting Warrior" through its own effect. Yusei then uses this card's effect to tune "Scouting Warrior" with this card in order to Synchro Summon "Ancient Fairy Dragon".
- In the anime, this card had the added effect of being able to be Special Summoned if another monster besides itself was Special Summoned to the player's side of the field.
