- In episode 136, Brron, Mad King of Dark World uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He Special Summons this card via the second effect of "Wicked Canon" since "Super Polymerization" was not completed, which made Brron unable to summon "Colorless, Chaos King of Dark World". This card then attacks and destroys "Elemental HERO Avian". Later "Elemental HERO Air Neos" (whose ATK was 3700 due to its own effect) attacks and destroys this card. Before Jaden ends his turn, Brron activates "Revenge Soul" to add this card from his Graveyard to his hand. After Brron discarded "Ceruli, Guru of Dark World" via the effect of "Dark Corridor", its first effect Special Summons itself to Jaden's side of the field. This activates the second effect of "Ceruli", which forces Brron to discard one card from his hand (this card). Since this card was discarded due to an opponent's card effect, its first effect activates, allowing Brron to Special Summon this card from his Graveyard. Brron then activates the second effect of this card to destroy all of Jaden's monsters. This card then attacks directly. Later "Elemental HERO Neos" (whose ATK was 2800 due to it being equipped with "Assault Armor") attacks and destroys this card. Jaden then activates the second effect of "Assault Armor" to destroy the latter and allow "Neos" to attack again. "Neos" then attacks directly, but Brron activates "Gateway to Dark World" to revive this card. A replay occurs and Jaden uses "Neos" to attack this card, causing both monsters to be destroyed in a Double KO. Brron had already planned a strategy to win the Duel once Jaden ended his turn (He planned to Special Summon "Cobal, Excavator of Dark World" on Jaden's End Phase, After "Cobal" attacks directly, he planned to activate the second effect of "Cobal" to send it to the Graveyard and activate "Gateway to Dark World" from his Deck to his hand, which Brron planned to use to revive this card), however Jaden activates "Battle of Sleeping Spirits" to allow both players to Special Summon any of their monsters that were destroyed this turn, Jaden Special Summons "Neos", but Brron states he can't use the effect of "Battle of Sleeping Spirits" since "Gateway to Dark World" forbids him from summoning any monsters the turn he activates it.
- In episode 157, Trueman uses this card during his Duel against Jaden. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Dark Archetype". Trueman then equips this card with "Axe of Despair", increasing this card's ATK by 1000. This card then attacks "Elemental HERO Neos", but Jaden activates "Hero Shield" and equips the latter to "Neos". Jaden then sends "Hero Shield" to the Graveyard in order to prevent his monster's destruction, however he still takes Battle Damage. As Jaden took 1000 Battle Damage, the last effect of "Hero Shield" allows Jaden to draw one card. Later "Neos" (whose ATK was 3800 due to it being powered up by the effects of "Neo Space" and "Neos Force") attacks and destroys. "Neos Force" then inflicts damage to Trueman equal to this card's ATK, winning Jaden the duel.
- Its attack name in the dub is Wave of Destruction. In the original anime, its attack is called Mashin Senpuu Ha (Devil Vacuum Wave) and its effect is called Hell's Ray.
