- In episode 71, Lumis uses this card during his Tag Duel with Umbra against Yami Yugi and Seto Kaiba. He uses this card to target Yugi's "Multiply" and negate its effects. Because of this, the "Kuriboh" shield Yugi created was reduced back down to one "Kuriboh". In the next episode, this card and "Mask of the Accursed" inflict 1000 damage to Yugi. In the following episode, this card and "Mask of the Accursed" inflict 1000 damage to Yugi. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- Mask of Dispel negated the effect of the targeted Spell Card, and it inflicted damage to the opponent during his/her Standby Phase (The same went for Mask of the Accursed as well).
