  • This card's effect-negating ability is called Sublimation Drain.
  • This card's Self-releasing and destroy all cards the opponent controls effect is called Stardust Force.
  • This card's attack is called Shooting Blaster Sonic in the Japanese version and Star Shine Shred in the dub.
  • This monster is stated in the anime by Halldor, in episode 128 to be the very incarnation of the Crimson Dragon itself.
  • When Yusei used this monster to negate the activation of an opponents card by sacrificing itself, this monster divided itself into 4 as it attacked.
  • In episode 64, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel with Jack Atlas and Crow Hogan against Rex Goodwin. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Stardust Dragon" and "Stardust Xiaolong" with "Majestic Dragon". Yusei then activates this card's effect to negate the effects of "Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca" and transfer them to this card. Yusei then activates "Synchro Baton" to increase this monster's ATK by 600 for every Synchro Monster that is in his Graveyard as well as the Graveyards of his teammates. Since there are four Synchro Monsters within Yusei and his teammates' Graveyards, this card gains 2400 ATK. This card then attacks and destroys "Wiraqocha Rasca", winning Yusei the Duel. Shortly after, this monster destroys the King of the Netherworld, defeating the Dark Signers once and for all.
  • In episode 66, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Ghost. Yusei Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Stardust Dragon" (who was equipped onto "Meklord Emperor Wisel" until Yusei activated "Synchro Material" to allow himself to use "Stardust Dragon" as a Synchro Material Monster for a Synchro Summon this turn) and "Unicycular" with "Majestic Dragon". Since "Stardust Dragon" was no longer equipped onto "Meklord Emperor Wisel", its ATK dropped to 2900. Ghost claims that due to the effects of "Wisel Guard 3", it will become the attack target of Yusei's attacks and it can't be destroyed in battle once a turn. Yusei then activates this card's effect to negate the effects of "Wisel Guard 3" and grant them to this card until the End Phase. Although Ghost claims that the ATK difference between this card and "Meklord Emperor Wisel" was not enough to wipe out his remaining Life Points, Yusei claims he just has to attack the right part to win since "Meklord Emperor Wisel" was made up of five different monsters. This card then attacks and destroys "Wisel Top", winning Yusei the Duel.
  • In episode 73, this card appears in a flashback Yusei has when he notes to himself that he was lucky that "Majestic Dragon" saved him from losing.
  • In episode 74, this card appears in a flashback Primo has when he recognizes Yusei as the one who defeated Ghost.
  • In episode 79, this card appears in a flashback Crow has when he notes to Jack that by defeating Goodwin they were able to unite New Domino City and Satellite.
    • This card also appears in a flashback Yusei has when he notes that he won't be able to defeat Ghost and his "Meklord Emperor Wisel" if he can't go at an incredibly fast speed that would allow him to Accel Synchro Summon.
  • In episode 87, this card appears in a flashback Yusei has when he claims to Kalin that all was forgiven in their last Duel where this card destroyed "Ccapac Apu".
  • In episode 91, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Kalin has when he notes all of the things he did wrong in the past and what he had truly learned from all that he had experienced.
  • In episode 128, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Halldor. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Stardust Dragon" and "Cosmic Compass" with "Majestic Dragon". Since "Cosmic Compass" has been sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, its effect activates, allowing Yusei to draw one card. Due to the effect of "Monster Chain", this card can't attack. Yusei then activates "Stay Force" and activates the latter's effect to pay 1000 Life Points and negate this card's effects until the next turn. Halldor then activates "Odin's Eye" to negate the effects of the Aesirs in order to see what Yusei's set card is. It is revealed to be "Wave Rebound". Halldor figures out that if he activates the effect of "Odin, Father of the Aesir" to make the Aesirs unaffected by Spells and Traps for one turn, Yusei will activate this card's effect to Tribute itself and destroy all cards Halldor controls. Although the Aesirs will revive themselves via their own effects on the End Phase, Yusei will activate "Wave Rebound" to negate the summons and inflict damage to Halldor equal to the ATK of the Aesirs. Halldor chooses to not activate the effect of "Odin" in order to avoid losing. On Yusei's turn, he activates the effect of "Stay Force" to pay 1000 Life Points and negate this card's effects until the next turn. Later Halldor activates the effect of "Odin" to make the Aesirs unaffected by Spells and Traps for one turn, thus making the Aesirs immune to the effects of "Monster Chain". Yusei, in response, Tributes this card to negate the effect of "Odin" and destroy all cards Halldor controls.
    • This card also appears in Halldor's explanation when he explains that Yusei planned to activate "Wave Rebound" when Halldor activates the effect of "Odin" to make the Aesirs immune to Yusei's card effects for one turn and Yusei Tributes this card to negate the effect of "Odin" and destroy the three Aesirs.
    • Unlike all other instances when this card was summoned, Yusei and his Duel Runner did not appear inside this card during the Duel.
  • In the anime, when this card is Summoned during a Turbo Duel, Yusei and his Duel Runner appear inside of it. The only instance where this didn't happen was in Yusei's above-mentioned Duel against Halldor.

This card's summoning chant was: The shine of clustering stars will illuminate a new miracle! Become the path where its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Arrive in light, "Savior Star Dragon"!
