- In episode 140, Yami Marik uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He uses this card to add "Monster Reborn" from his Graveyard to his hand so that he could revive "The Winged Dragon of Ra" later.

- In episode 59, Aster Phoenix uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. After Aster activates the effect of "Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude" to reveal the top card of his Deck, he reveals it to be this card. Aster then sends this card to the Graveyard as per the effect of "Diamond Dude". On Aster's next Main Phase 1, he activates this card's effect to discard "Terraforming" and "Fusion Sage" and add "Misfortune" from his Graveyard to his hand.
- In episode 91, during Lucien Grimley's Duel against Jaden, Lucien sends this card, "Big Eye", "Reload" and "Exchange of the Spirit" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard in order to activate "Slash Draw".
- In episode 97, Doctor Collector uses this card during his Duel against the D. He uses this card to add "Graceful Charity" from his Graveyard to his hand by discarding "Monster Reincarnation" and "Magician's Valkyria".
- In episode 123, Fonda Fontaine uses this card during her Duel against Jaden. She uses this card to discard two "Burning Algae" and add "Bonfire" from her Graveyard to her hand. This activates the effects of both "Burning Algae", which would increase Jaden's Life Points by 1000 for each one sent to the Graveyard, but due to the effect of "Nurse Reficule the Fallen One", Jaden takes 2000 damage instead.
- In episode 172, Trueman uses this card during his Duel against Tyranno Hassleberry while the former was disguised as Taigo Sorano. He uses this card to add "Level Up!" from his Graveyard to his hand by discarding "Level Modulation" and "Level Down!".

- In episode 102, during Number 96's Duel against Astral, Number 96 sends this card from his hand to the Graveyard in order to activate "Chaos Return".
