  • In episode 147, Z-one uses this card during his Ground Duel against Aporia. He Normal Summons this card without Tribute via "Nonexistence". This card then attacks directly. At the end of the Damage Step, this card's third effect activates, returning all cards in Aporia's Graveyard to his Deck. Z-one states if Aporia draws "Afterglow", he will win the Duel, but if he draws anything else, then this card's fourth effect will inflict 1000 damage to him. Aporia conducts his Draw Phase, but he draws "Meklord Emperor Granel" instead of "Afterglow". As a result, this card inflicts 1000 damage to Aporia and he loses the Duel.
  • In episode 148, Z-one uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Yusei Fudo. He Normal Summons this card without Tribute via "Nonexistence". This card then attacks "Red Dragon Archfiend", but Yusei activates "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" to negate the attack. After that resolves, "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" resets itself face-down. After Yusei conducts his Draw Phase, this card's fourth effect activates, inflicting 1000 damage to Yusei. In the next episode, this card returns to Z-one's Deck on Z-one's Standby Phase due to its last effect.
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card is shown in Z-one's explanation when he notes to Yusei that he figured out that Yusei is planning to wait and let the Timelords return to Z-one's Deck until Z-one doesn't have a Timelord monster in his hand, which would allow Yusei to attack Z-one directly with his Synchro Monsters.
