"Infernity Mirage" as it appeared in the anime.

In episode 86, Kalin Kessler used this card in his Ground Duel against Giant. He summons this card on the first turn of the Duel. After Giant summons "Illegal Keeper", he activates "Card Destruction", intending to have Kalin discard his hand and draw a new one. Since Kalin would draw 4 cards, the effect of "Illegal Keeper" will return Kalin's hand to his Deck and inflict 1000 damage to Kalin for each card returned, thereby inflicting 4000 damage to Kalin, however Kalin activates "Full Salvo", sending his entire hand to the Graveyard to inflict 200 damage to Giant for each card sent. With four cards sent to the Graveyard, Giant takes 800 damage. Kalin then Tributes this card to activate its effect, Special Summoning "Infernity Archfiend" and "Infernity Destroyer" from his Graveyard. This prevents Giant from landing a successful attack.

Kalin used this card in his joint duel with Yusei against Lawton in episode 91. It was added to his hand by the effect of "Infernity Archfiend", he then summoned it and used its effect to Special Summon "Infernity Beast" and "Infernity Beetle" from his Graveyard.
