• In episode 16, Joey Wheeler uses this card during his Duel against Seto Kaiba. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. "Rabid Horseman" then attacks and destroys this card.
  • This card can also be seen in Seto Kaiba's briefcase when he takes out a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Joey.

• In episode 17, Joey used this card during his Duel against Bonz. After this card is summoned, Joey uses this card to attack and destroy "Clown Zombie", but Bonz uses "Call of the Haunted's" effect to revive "Clown Zombie" and make it stronger. "Clown Zombie" then attacks and destroys this card.

• In episode 26, this card can be seen in Kaiba's briefcase when he takes a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Maximillion Pegasus.

• In episode 31, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Bandit Keith. After this card is summoned, Joey uses this card to attack and destroy "Pendulum Machine". "Launcher Spider" then attacks this card, but Joey activates "Kunai with Chain" to negate the attack, equip "Kunai with Chain" onto this card, and increase this card's ATK by 500. This card then attacks and destroys "Launcher Spider". In the next episode, "Barrel Dragon" attacks and destroys this card and Joey's "Axe Raider".

• In episode 33, this card is shown in Joey's hand during his Duel against Yami Yugi. In the next episode, Joey summons this card in Attack Position in an attempt to lure "Dark Magician" out of its "Magical Hats" defense so that "Black Skull Dragon" could destroy it and win Joey the duel. Yugi did not fall for the lure and just sets a face-down card. After "Spellbinding Circle" immobilizes "Black Skull Dragon" and decreases its ATK by 700, Joey switches this card to Defense Position. Later Yugi attacks "Baby Dragon" with "Dark Magician", but Joey activates "Kunai with Chain", to stop the attack, equip "Kunai with Chain" to this card, and increase both this card and "Baby Dragon's" ATK by 500. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

• In episode 68, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Mako Tsunami. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing a set monster on his side of the field. Mako then activates "Torrential Tribute" to destroy this card.

• In episode 161, this card is shown in a series of flashbacks that Joey has when he recalls all of the hardship that he endured in the past and explains to Rex Raptor that anybody who loses so many times should keep trying and never give up.

• Its attack name is Speeding Killer Slash in the original. In the dub, its attack names are Battle Blade Strike, Battle Axe Crush, and Five Slash Strike.
