- Yugi Muto used this card in his first Duel against Aigami. When Aigami's "Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor" (whose ATK was 4800 due to its own effect and that of "Cubic Karma") attacked Yugi's "Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight" (whose ATK rose to 3000 by its own effect and had been halved to 1500 by "Cubic Karma"), Yugi activated "Dimension Sphinx", this card, and "Dimension Mirage" as part of a combo. As a result, "Dimension Sphinx" inflicted damage to Aigami equal to the difference between the ATK of "Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor" and the ATK of "Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight", while this card prevented "Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight" from being destroyed by battle, and "Dimension Mirage" allowed Yugi to banish a monster from his Graveyard, forcing "Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor" to attack a second time. Again, "Dimension Sphinx" inflicted damage to Aigami equal to the difference between the ATK of "Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor" and the ATK of "Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight", this card prevented "Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight" from being destroyed by battle, and "Dimension Mirage" allowed Yugi to banish a monster from his Graveyard, forcing "Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor" to attack a third time. On the third attack, "Dimension Sphinx" inflicted damage to Aigami equal to the difference between the ATK of "Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor" and the ATK of "Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight", while this card prevented "Lord Gaia the Fierce Knight" from being destroyed by battle. As a result, Aigami's Life Points dropped to 0, winning Yugi the Duel.
