In episode 79, Aster Phoenix uses this card during his Tag Duel with Jaden Yuki against Sarina and a duplicate of the latter. He summons this card by Tributing a "Double Dude Token". Aster then Tributes another Double Dude Token to activate this card's effect, increasing its ATK by 1000 until the End Phase. This card then attacks "Load of Darkness", but the latter is not destroyed due to its own effect, however Sarina still takes Battle Damage from the attack. This card then switches to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase due to its second effect. "Load of Darkness" then attacks and destroys this card. "Load of Darkness" then inflicts 700 damage to Jaden and Aster. When Jaden draws "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" during his Draw Phase, he activates the last effect of this card to Special Summon "Dark Panther".

In episode 101, Aster uses this card during his Duel against Sartorius. He summons this card by Tributing "Destiny Hero - Disk Commander". Aster then Tributes "Arcana Force III - The Empress" (who Sartorius Summoned to his side of the field via "Necro Sacrifice") in order to increase this card's ATK by 1000 until the End Phase. This card then attacks and destroys "Arcana Force XV - The Fiend". This card then switches to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase due to its second effect. Later "The Fiend" attacks this card. The Tails effect of "The Fiend" then activates, destroying all monsters on the field. The effect of "D - Formation" activates, placing a second D Counter onto it.

In episode 105, this card appears in a flashback of episode 79.
