• In episode 76, Devon Knox uses this card during his Duel against Yuma Tsukumo while the former was possessed by the Barians. He Xyz Summons this card via "Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force" which targeted "Coach King Giantrainer". "Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force" then detaches the Overlay Units of "Number 34: Terror-Byte", attaches them to this card, and decreases the ATK of "Terror-Byte" by 900 (300 for each Overlay Unit it lost). "Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force" then granted this card the ability to negate destruction by battle effects. This card then attacks and destroys "Terror-Byte". Devon then activates this card's second effect to detach all its Overlay Units and force Yuma to draw four cards (one for each Overlay Unit detached). Yuma draws "Achacha Archer", "Wonder Wand", "Kagetokage", and "Dotedotengu". Since three of the drawn cards were Level 4 or below monsters, Yuma takes damage equal to the combined ATK of those monsters before he sends the drawn cards to the Graveyard. Yuma then activates the effect of "Dotedotengu" to return this card to Devon's hand, but Devon activates this card's first effect to prevent that. Yuma then activates "Panic Burial" to decrease this card's ATK by 1800 and inflict 1800 damage to Devon (the decrease and the damage were both equal to the total number of monsters in both players' Graveyards times 100). On the last turn of the Duel, Yuma activates the effect of "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray" three times to increase its ATK by 1500 (500 for each Overlay Unit detached) and decrease this card's ATK by 3000 (1000 for each Xyz Material that Yuma detached for the effect of "Utopia Ray"). "Utopia Ray" attacks and destroys this card, winning Yuma the Duel.
  • In episode 82, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Yuma Tsukumo has when he states that the Barians have been attacking continuously lately and the "CXyz" monsters the brainwashed people are using are powerful.
