A Booster Battle is a new type of Duel introduced in Yu-Gi-Oh! BAM on October 18, 2013.

Buy 2 Booster Packs and get a chance to win another Booster Pack for free
Duel an opponent. Your deck is made of the cards found in your 2 Booster Packs. Your opponent uses the cards for his 2 Booster Packs from the same collection. The size of the deck is 18, instead of the regular 15.
You cannot use Power-Ups, Shuffle your deck or ask for friend's help.
If you win: Get a 3rd Booster Pack for free.
If you lose: Keep the cards.
If you lose: Retry using the same cards and extra 5000 Life Points at the cost of 7.
