The Alien of Light「光の宇宙人」(Hikari no Uchūjin) is an extraterrestrial representative of the invasion of Neo Space by The Light of Destruction. Its duel with Jaden Yuki is arranged by Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin to serve as a test of the boy's abilities to wield the powers of darkness.
Biography
After arriving on the planet where Jaden and Aqua Dolphin where waiting (via starship), it immediately challenged Jaden to a duel. During the duel, it would often show confusion because of many of Jaden's new cards (such as "Dandylion" and "Fluff Token") where "not in monster data base". Eventually, Jaden summoned "Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin" and "Elemental Hero Neos". He then used Aqua Dolphin's effect to destroy the cards in its hand, thus decreasing "Candelato, the Beast of Light's" Atk points to zero, as well as destroying 1500 of its life points, allowing for him to attack it with Neos and win the duel. As its life points decreased to zero, it blew up.

It plays a Different Dimension Deck, primarily centered around "Candelato, the Beast of Light". Although the card prevents its controller from drawing any additional cards during the Draw Phase, the Alien of Light takes advantage of its simple summoning conditions as a means of brute force.
