The 2022 Central American Championship, officially WCQ Central America 2022, was a continental World Championship Qualifier. Players who had been successful in other Central American tournaments (OTS Championships, Regionals and YCSs) got to compete to become the Central American Champion. It took place in Mexico City, Mexico from 17 - 19 June 2022.
Normally, the winner would have qualified for the World Championship. However, no such tournament took place in 2022 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

The main event was won by Alain Munoz, who used a "Floowandereeze" deck and defeated Manuel Vargas, who used an "Adventurer Dragon Link" deck, in the finals. The Top 4 players were Juan Copado and Angel Ibarra, playing "Drytron" and "Adventurer P.U.N.K. Synchro" decks respectively.
