The 2012 Poland National Championship was a World Championship Qualifier for the 2012 World Championship. It determined the 2012 national champion of Poland. It took place in Łódź on the weekend, June 16–17, and was won by Krzysztof Duda. The tournament was attended by 37 people, 8 of whom got to qualify for the World Championship Qualifier continentals that year.[2]
The entry fee was 40 zł for the main event.[1]

Win-a-Mat events also took place throughout the two days. The Yu-Gi-Oh Tour final took place at 16:00 on Saturday and the Dragon Duel took place at 10:30 on Sunday.[1]
